Silver Star's Victorian-themed , mid-mountain village sits at an elevation of 1,609 metres, a gorgeous one-mile above sea-level. The resort boasts over 55 kilometres of cross country trails. Combined with Sovereign Lake’s trail system visitors can access over 100 km of Nordic skiing, from a wide range of ski-in/ski-out accommodations. Skiers can access Sovereign Lake via the Gold Mountain Parkway trail or take a short 10 minute drive to their day lodge.

The resort offer six hotels in the village central to all amenities, while providing guests the option of mountain homes, condos, and suites.
